Health & Safety Guidelines

The health and safety of our guests and our team members is the highest priority for us and we have therefore taken extra precautions and developed procedures to make sure that everyone’s visit to Lina Stores restaurants is as safe as possible while adhering to the highest standards — all while providing the friendly and warm Lina Stores experience our guests are used to.

Staff Training

We have fully briefed our employees on essential hygiene procedures and physical distancing measures in a restaurant working environment. Our team members are obliged to thoroughly wash and sanitise their hands as soon as they arrive for their shift and frequently repeat the process throughout their shift. We conduct regular assessments of our team members including temperature checks at the start of each shift. Should any of our team members show any symptoms, they would be immediately required to self-isolate for a minimum of 10 days.

Service

Lina Stores King’s Cross has been adapted to facilitate safe physical distancing for both staff and customers. Tables will remain 1 metre apart and we encourage guests to stay seated as much as possible throughout their time with us. Our team will no longer be required to wear masks unless they choose to do so.

Arrival & Departure

Upon arrival, we ask our guests to sanitise their hands and we have also provided mini hand sanitiser bottles on each table throughout our restaurant.

Guests are asked to adhere to strict time allocations of their bookings to ensure full cleaning and disinfecting in-between seatings.
