Whether it be a selection of cured salumi, roasted or grilled meats, or mature cheeses, the sweetness of the onion contrasts beautifully with the sharpness of the vinegar to add a new level of flavour.
Based in the small village of Gottolengo, in the Po valley, L'Antica Dispensa di Andrini has over 70 years of experience in producing jams, preserves and marmalades. Battista Andrini founded the business in 1937. Today, the founder's granddaughter, Maria Luisa Andrini is at the helm. Together with her sons and husband, she follows the same recipes and traditional production methods passed down by her grandfather.
