Founded in 1952 by Cavaliere ["Sir"] Pietro Ferraro, Pasta Montegrappa has remained in the family every since. What started as a small production line, staffed only with local women who brought their years of expertise in making beautiful pasta at home eventually developed into the large enterprise that it is today, but with no loss of care and attention to detail. Pastificio Montegrappa produces 100% Italian high-quality pasta. A particular passion that binds the Ferraro family (other than pasta!) is cycling, both amateur and professional. Pasta Montegrappa is now one of the biggest sponsors on the non-professional circuit.
