Meal Kit Instructions

Lasagne Verdi

Classic Italian comfort food! This meal kit includes enough ingredients for 4 people with plenty leftover. Lasagne alla Bolognese with thin sheets of spinach pasta are layered with our homemade Bolognese and Tomato sauce, soft and creamy Besciamella and finished with grated Grana Padano.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4

300g Lasagne Sheets
(around 12 – 14 sheets)

500g Bolognese Sauce

500g Tomato Sauce

500g Bechamel Sauce

100g Grana Padano, grated

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Start by mixing together the Bolognese sauce and the tomato sauce in a bowl. Cover the bottom of an ovenproof dish with one thin layer of sauce. Arrange one layer of lasagne sheets on top (you may need to break up some sheets to make them fit into your dish). Add a layer of sauce on top followed by a layer of Bechamel sauce and grated Grana Padano.

Repeat this process until you fill up your dish (depending on the size of the dish, you should get 4 - 5 layers in total). Finish with a layer of lasagne sheets then the remaining sauce and remaining Bechamel sauce before topping with plenty of Grana Padano. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until the top is bubbling and lightly browned. Serve immediately.

Remove Tiramisù from fridge just before serving. Scoop onto a plate and serve immediately.

Nationwide

Remove Panna Cotta from the fridge just before serving. Scoop Rhubarb and Blood Orange compote on top of the Panna Cotta and serve immediately.

STORAGE

Consume by the use-by-date. Use sauces within 3 days
of delivery.

Store Tiramisù in the freezer and consume by the use-by date. Defrost in the fridge for 5 hours or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.

Store Panna Cotta in fridge and use within 2 days of delivery.
