Fresh, handmade pasta and homemade Sauces
Our delicatessen is the perfect place to stock up on quality Italian ingredients and pantry essentials, but we are well-known for our fresh, handmade pasta and homemade sauces. We have been making fresh, handmade pasta since we first opened in 1944 and have been providing Soho businesses and restaurants with our pasta for over seven decades.
With an everchanging selection of shapes available, we update our pasta shapes seasonally, so we use the best possible ingredients year-round. Using Italian flour, free-range eggs, water and Italian olive oil for the freshest dough, we always respect traditional pasta recipes but also get creative with discovering new ingredients and experimenting with different shapes of pasta. For example, our Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli have been in our pasta display since we first opened our doors in 1944 and are one of our most popular pasta shapes. Seasonal favourites like Burrata Ravioli in spring and summer or Pumpkin Ravioli make an appearance too as do classic long and short shapes, including Linguine and Pappardelle, and Paccheri and Casarecce.

Salumi and Formaggi
With over 40 different types of salumi and formaggi on offer, our meat and cheese counter is fully stocked with the best products from each region, making for endless possibilities for a satisfying Italian dinner at home. Our salumi selection includes classics like Prosciutto di Parma DOP straight from the Parma area with a salty, yet slightly sweet aftertaste. Other guest favourites include San Daniele DOP, an 18-month matured ham from Friuli Venezia Giulia and a wonderfully sweet peppercorn Salame Felino from Emilia Romagna. We also stock Italian cheeses, including crowd pleasers like Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Burrata but also lesser-known specialty cheeses like Gorgonzola DOP Al Cucchiaio DOP, a soft, extra creamy blue cheese from Piemonte, and Caciottona di Capra al Fieno from Veneto, an organic goat’s milk Caciottona matured under hay.
