Booking Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation at any of our Lina Stores locations, you agree to our reservation terms and conditions below.

Bookings up to 8 people

Thank you for wanting to make a booking at Lina Stores. We require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £10 fee per guest. We will contact you the day prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking.

We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold your table for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.

Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will try to accommodate if we can.

Please note that in order to be as fair as possible we cannot seat a party unless they are complete. We may politely ask for a table back after 90 minutes for groups of 2-3 people and 120 minutes for parties of 4 and more.

For breakfast bookings at Lina Stores Marylebone, King's Cross and Clapham, we allocate all tables for 60 minutes for parties up to 3 people and 90 minutes for parties of 4 and more from the start time of reservation. Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time.

Large Party Bookings of 9 people and above

We require parties of 9 and above to eat from our large party set menus. A 50% deposit of the full set menu per person paid via card is required in order to secure all large party bookings. A secure payment link will be provided and your card details will be securely kept by a third-party called Stripe.

Cancellations of 14 days or more before the large party event will receive full refund of the deposit. Cancellation of less than 14 days will receive 50% refund of the prepayment made and for cancellations of less than 7 days the deposit will not be refundable.

The final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 working days
prior to your event. This will be the minimum charged on the day.

Private Dining Bookings

Private dining bookings include booking a whole space at any of our restaurants.

To secure all private events we require a 50% deposit of the minimum spend. A secure payment link will be provided and your card details will be securely kept by a third-party called Stripe. The remaining 50% of the minimum spend will need to be paid 7 days before the event.

The final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 working days prior to your event. Cancellations of 14 days or more before the large party event will receive full refund of the deposit. Cancellation of less than 14 days will receive 50% refund of the prepayment made and for cancellations of less than 7 days the deposit will not be refundable.

A note on Allergies

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, therefore we can never guarantee no cross contamination. We do have stringent processes and procedures in place to reduce this risk as much as possible.

Payment Methods

Please note that we are cashless and no longer accept cash as a method of payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Please note that we can accept a maximum of 8 different card payments per booking to settle your bill.


Corkage & Cakeage fees

We operate a corkage and cakeage policy in our restaurants. If you plan on bringing your own bottle of wine or cake, please get in touch with reservations@linastores.co.uk for more information. For special occasions, such as anniversaries or birthdays, guests can also choose from a range of our homemade cakes. Simply get in touch with our reservations team in advance of your booking and we'd be happy to help.
