Booking Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation at any of our Lina Stores locations, you agree to our reservation terms and conditions below.

Bookings up to 8 people

Thank you for wanting to make a booking at Lina Stores. We require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £10 fee per guest. We will contact you the day prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking.

We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold your table for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.

Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will try to accommodate if we can.

Please note that in order to be as fair as possible we cannot seat a party unless they are complete. We may politely ask for a table back after 90 minutes / 120 minutes depending on party size.

Large Party Bookings of 9 people and above

We require parties of 9 or more to eat from our large party menus and will need a 50% deposit of the full set menu per person to be paid via card in order to secure the booking. A secure payment link will be provided and your card details will be securely kept by a third-party called Stripe. The
final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 working days prior to your event.

Cancellations of 14 days or more before the large party event will receive full refund of the deposit. Cancellation of less than 14 days will receive 50% refund of the prepayment made and for cancellations of less than 7 days the deposit will not be refundable.

Private Dining Bookings

Private dining bookings include booking a whole space at any of our restaurants, including the mezzanine at our City restaurant or the delicatessen at our King's Cross restaurant and delicatessen.

For all private dining bookings we require a 50% deposit of the minimum spend agreed with the events manager to be paid via card in order to secure the booking. A secure payment link will be provided and your card details will be securely kept by a third-party called Stripe.

The final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 working days prior to your event. Cancellations of 14 days or more before the large party event will receive full refund of the deposit. Cancellation of less than 14 days will receive 50% refund of the prepayment made and for cancellations of less than 7 days the deposit will not be refundable.

*Covid 19 Policy

In the event of government restrictions preventing large party gatherings during the period of your booking, we will issue a credit to the total value of your deposit and will assist you in finding an alternative booking date within three months from your initial booking with us.

A note on Allergies

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, therefore we can never guarantee no cross contamination. We do have stringent processes and procedures in place to reduce this risk as much as possible.
